The 50% submittal will provide design analysis as requested by the Director of <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services or designee, including: <br />a. Any miscellaneous technical data <br />b. Maintenance considerations <br />c. Catalogue cut sheets for special equipment <br />Task 3: Pre-Final Design (90% Design Submittal) <br />1. Incorporate 50% design submittal review comments. <br />2. Develop a 90% PS&E submittal package (two sets to be provided) based on <br />the comments received on the 50% submittal package. <br />3. Internal Redline/QC review by Verde staff. <br />4. Attend one meeting with City staff to present and review 90% package. <br />Task 4: Final Design Package (100% Design Submittal) <br />1. Incorporate comments received from the City on the 90% Design Submittal. <br />2. Prepare the 100% Design Submittal including complete construction <br />documents, specifications, and cost estimates. <br />3. Internal Redline/QC review by Verde staff. <br />4. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and one set will be <br />submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned <br />along with staff’s comments and/or clarifications for revision. <br />5. Provide one set of full size plans and specifications for the project including the <br />responsible engineer’s <br />wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date. <br />6. Provide an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD as required and in PDF <br />Format, specifications in <br />Word and PDF format, and a cost estimate in Excel and PDF format. <br />TASK 5: Bid Support and Construction Services – The following services will be <br />provided during the bidding process and construction phase of the project. <br />1. Provide design clarification responses during the bid phase. <br />2. Contact potential bidders relative to the bid package. <br />3. Provide signed conformed contract document set incorporating addenda <br />issued during the bid process <br />and other changes subsequent to the 100% Design Submittal. <br />4. Attend and conduct a Pre-Bid Conference. Respond to questions from <br />prospective bidders. Assist in issuing addenda as directed by the City. <br />5. Attend, participate and review the project at the Pre-Construction Meeting. <br />6. Conduct four (4) site visits during construction at appropriate stages. <br />7. Review shop drawings submittals, change order requests (CO), requests for <br />information (ROI), and written recommendations to the City. <br />8. Substitution request evaluation. <br />9.
