REV: 07-28-22 JB 5. Attend, participate and review the project at the Pre-Construction Meeting. 6. Conduct four (4) site visits during construction at appropriate stages. 7. Review shop drawings submittals, change order requests (CO), requests for information (ROI), and written recommendations to the City. 8. Substitution request evaluation. 9. Participate in the final inspection and assist with the punch list of deficiencies. 10. Prepare “As-Built” drawings based on construction field notes and limited field review by Consultant. 11. Provide one full-size set of plans as required including digital copies of the final specifications, cost estimate and plans in native format (Word, Excel, and AutoCAD) City Responsibilities In order to complete the items described in Scope of Services above, we ask that the City provide the following information: 1. Field layout and striping requirements 2. Drawing title block and drawing standards. Special Provisions Without attempting to be all-inclusive and for purposes of clarity, the following items are specifically not included in the Scope of Services: 1. Meetings other than those listed. 2. Project design and documentation outside existing synthetic turf field limits 3. Topographic Surveying or Underground Utility Surveying 4. Environmental Impact Report documentation 5. Electrical and Structural Engineering Design 6. Permitting with public agencies other than the City 7. Architecture Design 8. Public right-of-way design work 9. Fees of any kind required for project approval. 10. Soil and / or Field sampling and Laboratory Testing services 11. QSD /QSP Services BILLINGS AND PAYMENT Invoices will be sent to the City by the 10th of the month for work completed through the 25th of the previous month. ATTY/AGR.2022/Amend.
