REV: 01-22-2021 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Project #1: AC Rooftop Unit Replacement <br />Contractor shall furnish and replace rooftop AC units (AC-1 & 2) to match existing <br />capacity per the specifications below: <br />•DX Cooling, Natural Gas Heat <br />•Horizontal supply and return <br />•27.5 Ton <br />•208 Volt 60 Hertz 3 Phase Main Power <br />•5k SCCR <br />•Low gas heat capacity <br />•Barometric relief <br />•2" MERV 8 high efficiency, throwaway filters <br />•10 HP supply fan motor <br />•0-100% Economizer, dry bulb control with low leak OA Damper <br />•VAV (OTC) with supply VFD w/o bypass <br />•Hinged service access doors <br />•BACnet communication interface module <br />•eStage high-efficiency unit <br />•1 Year whole unit labor warranty <br />•1 Year refrigerant warranty <br />•Isolation curb adapter <br /> Contractor shall provide additional equipment and services for replacement of AC <br />units as outlined below: <br />•Title 24 Compliant Economizer with fault detection diagnostics <br />•LOTO of existing energy sources, as required <br />•Crane rigging of new and old equipment <br />•Storage of new equipment up to 1 month <br />•Disposal and haul away of existing equipment to licensed appliance recycler <br />•Condensate tie-in to existing drain lines <br />•Duct transitions from existing ductwork to new unit on supply and return <br />•Duct flex connection on both supply and return of new units <br />•Sheet metal flashing around base of unit and roofing <br />•Structural engineering for attachment only <br />•Roofing subcontractor to roof-over new equipment curbs <br />•Pre and post replacement air flow reading <br />•Straight time labor <br />•Project management and supervision <br />•Factory startup of equipment <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.012/Pacific Coast Sales & Service, Inc.
