REV: 01-22-2021 MI •Project closeout documentation (Warranty documentation, submittals, IOM's and startup paperwork) City shall provide Contractor with the following for AC unit replacement: •As-built drawings of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural and architectural for engineering. •120 volt power within 10’ of unit •Permission to swing crane in two mobilizations with and without load over building •Free and clear access to work area, restroom, break area and building ingress/egress during all phases of work Scope and Fee are based on: •Existing condensate drain size, routing and drain location being suitable for reuse without modification •Existing duct mounted smoke detectors being suitable for reuse •Demolition to occur the day prior to rigging for removal Project #2: Building Automation System Contractor shall provide equipment and services for retrofitting and installation of a new building automation system as delineated below: •Qty. (1) Tracer SC Building Automation System Controller o Non-proprietary BACnet protocol o Web-enabled interface o Standard 3D Graphics for equipment •Qty. (20) VAV Box DDC field retrofit kits utilizing UC210 BACnet AirFi (tagged VAV-01 through VAV-20) Each zone to include: o Programmable BACnet DOC controller o (1) Air valve actuator damper motor o (0) Reheat Valve (Reuse Existing) o (1) Pressure transducer o (1) Discharge air temperature sensor o (1) AirFi wireless LED zone sensor Each zone will share: o 120/24VAC Transformer (Supplied by Contractor) •Boiler (TCP MZ2-1) retrofit with BACnet UC600 Controller o Programmable UC600 BACnet DDC controller •AHU-1 (PEM 1-1) retrofit with BACnet UC600 Controller o Programmable UC600 BACnet DDC controller •AHU-2 (PEM 1-2) retrofit with BACnet UC600 Controller ATTY/AGR.2021.012/Pacific Coast Sales & Service, Inc.
