REV: 01-12-2022 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> VAV Control Valve Replacement <br />Contractor shall provide the following: <br />•Labor and materials to replace (20) existing hot water control valves <br />•Labor and materials to replace (2) existing circuit setters on VAV-02 and VAV-06 <br />•Partial drain and fill of hot water loop to perform work <br />•Leak check and bleed off air at VAV boxes <br />•Water balance by third-party NEBB certified water balancer with AABC certified <br />final report <br />•Repair of damaged/removed insulation as a result from replacement of control <br />valves and circuit setters only <br />Based On: <br />•Free and clear access to work area <br />•New control valves (20) and circuit setters (2) provided by City. Contractor will <br />provide all other piping materials. <br />•Ability to shutdown heating hot water loop for duration of work (estimated week <br />long shutdown) <br />•Existing piping system and components in good working condition <br />•Existing isolation valves and air-bleeds functional and hold water <br />•City supplied equipment schedule of existing VAV boxes <br />Excludes: <br />•Engineering, bonds, permits testing or inspections of any kind <br />•Any tie-in, setup, modification, changes or upgrades to existing building controls <br />system <br />•Temporary heating or cooling <br />•Insulation repair or replacement <br />•Chemical flushing or water treatment of any kind <br />•Any upgrades or work otherwise to fire life safety equipment/system <br />•Any changes, modifications or additions as required by ADA <br />•Any other item, task, labor or materials not specifically included <br />•Straight time labor (Defined as Monday thru Friday 6am-3pm, excluding holidays) <br />ATTY/AGR.2022 - Amend No. 1/Pacific Coast Sales & Service, Inc.
