REV: 01-12-2022 RL Circuit Setter Replacement Contractor shall provide the following: •Labor and materials to replace (20) existing circuit setters on VAV 1-20 (2 and 6 replaced previously)(2 VAV’s have a bypass circuit setter) •Drain and fill of hot water loop to perform work •Leak check and bleed off air at VAV boxes •Insulation repair of existing removed for work •Straight time labor (Defined as Monday thru Friday 6am-3pm, excluding holidays) Based On: •Free and clear access to work area •Ability to shutdown heating hot water loop for duration of work (estimated week long shutdown) •Existing piping system and components in good working condition •Existing isolation valves and air-bleeds functional and hold water •City supplied equipment schedule of existing VAV boxes Excludes: •Engineering, bonds, permit, testing or inspections of any kind •Temporary heating or cooling •Repair of leaking piping as a result of loop temperature change •Chemical flushing or water treatment of any kind •Any upgrades or work otherwise to fire life safety equipment/system •Any changes, modifications or additions as required by ADA •Any other item, task, labor or materials not specifically included Damper Replacement Contractor shall provide the following: •Demolition and removal of existing damper assemblies (6) •Labor and materials to replace 6 existing damper assemblies with actuator arms •New sheet metal flex connectors as required •Installation of new actuators, provided by City •Functional testing to confirm correct stroke and timing Based Upon: •Free and clear access to all areas of work •Work areas to be clean and free of debris Excludes: •Temporary heating or cooling •Air Balance •Duct Sealing or leak testing •Any other item, task, labor or materials not specifically included ATTY/AGR.2022 - Amend No. 1/Pacific Coast Sales & Service, Inc.
