This Agreement shall not be construed to be an agreement for <br />the benefit of any third party or parties and no third party or parties shall have any claim or <br />right of action under this Agreement for any cause whatsoever. <br />18. Captions. The captions of the various sections, paragraphs and subparagraphs of this <br />Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be considered or referred to in resolving <br />questions or interpretation. <br />19. Amendments. This Agreement may be changed only by a written amendment signed by <br />both of the Parties. <br />20. Notice.
