REV: 11-29-2021 MI <br />Either Party by notice given as described above may change the address to which notice <br />shall thereafter be delivered. If notice is sent via email, a signed, hard copy of the material <br />shall also be mailed. Notice is effective as of the day following the date of mailing or the <br />date of delivery reflected upon a return receipt, whichever occurs first. <br />21. Electronic Signature and Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, <br />shall constitute one and the same Agreement. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may <br />be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Each Party intends to be bound <br />by the signatures on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on <br />the electronic signatures, and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms <br />of this Agreement based on the use of an electronic signature.
