Service Level Impacts The Stock Clerk/Delivery Driver core responsibilities are interoffice mail delivery, agenda packet deliveries, and records retention maintenance at the offsite warehouse. The reduction in hours will result in the elimination of agenda packet deliveries on behalf of other departments to other bodies, limit passport counter service at the City Clerk's Office, and shift the delivery of the USPS mail from City Hall to the Post Office at the end of the day to other City Clerk staff. The reduction will result in the elimination of agenda packet deliveries on behalf of other departments for their commission or committee meetings. In this case, this would impact the Planning Department and the packets they have for the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Committee. Passport Acceptance Counter Service will be impacted as redundancy is diminished and bilingual Spanish services will be eliminated at the City Clerk's Office. Other City Clerk staff will shift from core duties in order to transport the USPS mail from City Hall to the Post Office at the end of the day. Records retention retrieval and storage to and from the warehouse may be limited to the Thursday's when there is no agenda packet for delivery to the City Council, and only its mail is delivered.
