The Final EAC/DPS Design Sub-Task includes the following <br />elements: <br /> <br />. General Design. Finalize general design drawings including the updated <br />process schematic, design criteria, general notes, symbols and <br />abbreviations, index, and cover. <br /> <br />. Civil and Site Design: Prepare site civil design drawing showing existing <br />facilities and contractor construction access and staging areas. <br /> <br />. Mechanical Design: Prepare mechanical demolition plan (HVAC system <br />modifications and piping revisions), if necessary, DPS sectional plans at <br />two elevations and sections, Electrical, Accumulator, and Chemical <br />(EAC) area plan and section, and DPS/EAC details. <br /> <br />. Structural Design: Prepare general notes and standard details to <br />accompany pipe support plans and sections and miscellaneous <br />foundation details, if necessary. <br /> <br />. Electrical Design: Prepare general electrical sheet (symbols, <br />abbreviations and notes), update single line diagram, electrical <br />equipment elevations (VFD cabinets for main pumps), power and <br />signals plans for the DPS and EAC, elementary diagrams, updated <br />panel schedule(s), conduit and wire schedule, and miscellaneous <br />details. <br /> <br />. Process and Instrumentation Design: Prepare process and <br />instrumentation (P&ID) legend, and update P&IDs for the DPS and <br />EAC. <br /> <br />. Instrumentation and HMI Programming and Workshop: Prepare control <br />strategy and coordinate with EDDCO for implementation of PLC and <br />SCADA system modifications for the new pump installation. One <br />workshop will be held to present the proposed modifications, document <br />key decisions and obtain feedback to guide the completion of system <br />configuration and programming. <br /> <br />. Prepare technical specifications for each design submittal, which are <br />defined below. <br /> <br />. Prepare Opinions of Probable Construction Cost for each design <br />submittal, which are defined below. <br /> <br />. Prepare 50% Design Submittal.
