If the City anticipates further scope beyond the agreed budget, <br />Kennedy/Jenks will submit another proposal requesting authorization; no work will be conducted <br />by Kennedy/Jenks beyond the agreed budget without written authorization from the City. <br /> <br />Table 2 provides a summary of initial opinions of probable cost of construction. The costs in <br />Table 2 are based on a planning-level estimate performed by K1J in 2004 and are intended to be <br />used as general "ball park" ranges for possible construction costs. Costs have been escalated <br />to August 2009.
