Visits are expected to require up to 4 hours, including <br />travel. <br /> <br />Meetings: This Subtask assumes attendance of 1 engineer at one (1) pre- <br />construction conference and 16 weekly construction meetings <br /> <br />Deliverables: Responses to RFls, completed Shop Drawing Review Letters, and <br />completed RFQs. <br /> <br />c. Record Drawings: Kennedy/Jenks will prepare record drawings per the <br />Contractor's markups. <br /> <br />d. Equipment Startup and Testing: Provide up to 24 hours of startup assistance <br />services, including observation of pump and associated equipment startup, <br />commissioning and operational testing. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Post-Construction Operational Support <br /> <br />a. Controls Testing and Coordination with EDDCO: <br /> <br />. Provide information and design pump control scenarios for assistance <br />with control system programming and testing <br /> <br />. Provide coordination support with EDDCO during program <br />development, testing and, if necessary, operational adjustments. <br /> <br />b. Operational Evaluations (as-needed by the City) <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />1. An Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual for the additional equipment <br />installed will be prepared under a separate contract or by addendum to this <br />scope. <br /> <br />2. The construction contract duration is estimated to be 24 weeks with 16 <br />scheduled meetings. Attendance at meetings is based on this assumed <br />construction duration, with the additional constraints and assumptions given <br />above. If the construction duration is longer than anticipated, an adjustment to <br />the estimated level of effort may be required. <br /> <br />Table 1 provides a summary of the fee estimate.
