Final acceptance of construction improvements for the 601 El Camino Real <br />development project and release of associated bonds (304) MO 22-028 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the construction improvements for 601 El Camino Real and <br />authorize the release of the bonds in accordance with the improvement <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Accepting the project is not a project under California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA Guidelines, but the project was found to be <br />categorically Exempt - Class 32. In-Fill Development Projects <br /> <br /> 6.B. Final acceptance of construction improvements for the 707 Bradford Street <br />development project, release of associated bonds, and authorization to <br />execute first amendment to disposition and development agreement to <br />modify the flood insurance coverage requirement to $5.5 million <br /> (304) MO 22-029 <br /> (304) Reso 16026 (0013) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, accept the construction improvements for 707 Bradford Street <br />and authorize the release of the bonds in accordance with the improvement <br />agreement; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution (1) approving, and authoriz ing the City Manager to <br />execute the First Amendment to Disposition and Development Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and MP Bradford Associates, L.P. for 707 <br />Bradford Street, (2) authorizing the City Manager to execute documents <br />necessary to effectuate the First Amendment to Disposition and Development <br />Agreement, and (3) directing the City Clerk to record the First Amendment to <br />Disposition and Development Agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Accepting the project is not a project under California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA Guidelines, but the project was found to be <br />categorically Exempt - Class 32.
