REV: 12-22-21 JB <br />7.Design changes and additional pump station features after approval of basis-of- <br />design report can be provide as additional scope. Plans and specifications will <br />follow Pump Station 18 and 20. <br />C.SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall perform and provide the following: <br />TASK 1 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />This task will cover the overall project management of the project. The tasks include, but <br />are not limited to the following: <br />1.Project coordination and set-up; communicating/resolving project issues with the <br />City; developing project work plan; preparing, monitoring and updating project <br />schedules; tracking and reporting work progress. Consultant will notify any <br />changes to original schedule, at the minimum, on a bi-weekly basis. We will <br />provide summary of work completed as part of our monthly invoice and during bi- <br />weekly calls. <br />2.QA/QC review to ensure quality and completeness of project submittals and <br />design deliverables. We will use BKF’s QA/QC manual to prepare project specific <br />plan that identifies staff responsibilities, review items/checklist, review procedures, <br />and documentation. <br />3.Attend up to a maximum of six (6) meetings with City staff; that will include project <br />kick-off meeting, preliminary engineering report/ basis of design meeting, 60% <br />design review meeting, 90% and final design review meeting, pre-bid meeting and <br />pre-construction meeting. <br />Deliverables: <br />- Meeting agenda and minutes of meeting; Bi-weekly schedule updates; <br />Progress Report submitted with monthly invoice; QA/QC plan; Updated Action <br />Item List; Invoices <br />TASK 2 – SURVEYING AND UTILITIES RESEARCH INVESTIGATION <br />This task will include review of existing pump station background information and as-built <br />drawings; conducting pumps site visits for condition assessment; conducting site <br />surveying and utilities research for the project and will include the following activities.
