REV: 12-22-21 JB <br />As a starting point, the Consultant has attached a conceptual drawing which presents <br />our thoughts and approach to effectively handle all phases of design and construction <br />including: of temporary bypass pumping; equipment/structure demolishing and <br />replacements with new units; designing of an efficient station with smart facility layout <br />with desired improvements. Consultant team has a competitive technical edge and will <br />confidently take up this project as a challenge, and accomplish the project improvements <br />in a safe and reliable manner with on schedule and within budget project completion. <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS <br />1.Environmental permitting and CEQA services are not included but can be provided <br />at additional cost, if required. <br />2.Any property access/permission needed will be provided by the City. <br />3.The facility is an outdoor pump station with electrical and control equipment <br />located in a weather-proof, non-walk-in NEMA 3RX enclosure. <br />4.The pump station will be in full compliance with latest NFPA 820, local and state <br />regulations. <br />5.Geotechnical services are not included, assuming these are not required. <br />6.The site has a 460V/Phase/60Hz PG& E service line. It is assumed that City will <br />pay PG&E application review and permit fees.
