INSURANCE: Sublicensee, or its contractors, shall obtain and maintain insurance <br />covering claims for injuries to persons or property in connection with the use of the <br />Sublicense Area equivalent in scope and amount to the insurance required of County <br />under Section 26 of the Amended and Restated License Agreement between City and <br />County. <br />10.
