REV: 03-09-2022 JB <br />Deliverables: <br />Four (2) sets of final (100%) design plans (24”x36”) in hard copy <br />90% Plans redlined with City’s comments <br />Comment matrix in Word format <br />One (1) complete set of stamped and signed Final Plans, Specification, Engineer’s <br />Estimate <br />100% Plan set and engineer’s estimate electronically in PDF format and source file (for <br />plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD (version 2015)) <br />Task 5- Construction Engineering/Support <br />Consultant shall provide bid phase support on an as-needed basis to answer any technical <br />question that may arise. Consultant shall perform the tasks including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br />Attend pre-bid meeting and prepare agenda and meeting minutes <br />Provide information in response to bidders’ questions <br />Prepare addenda to the bid documents <br />Prepare conform set drawing <br />Attend pre-construction meetings <br />Review and approve shop drawing/submittals <br />Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction <br />Attend construction meetings and field visits as needed <br />Prepare Record (as built) drawings <br />Deliverables: <br />Agenda and meeting minutes <br />Response to questions <br />Addenda <br />Responses to RFIs <br />PDF copies of shop drawings/submittals during construction <br />Conform set drawing in PDF format <br />Record drawing in PDF and AutoCAD formats <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.047/BKF (Page 14 of 15)
