REV: 03-09-2022 JB <br />Consultant shall perform the following tasks including, but not limited to: <br />Meet with the City to discuss 65% design comments <br />Review and respond to City comments in a comment matrix <br />Incorporate 65% design submittal review comments <br />Prepare design specifications including construction bid item descriptions <br />Prepare 90% design consisting of signing and striping drawings, street lighting and signal <br />design, civil design and grading, construction notes, construction cost estimates, and <br />construction schedule <br />City staff will review the designs and estimates and will provide comments. <br />Deliverables: <br />Two (2) sets of 90% design plans (24”x36”) in hard copy <br />Comment matrix in Word format <br />65% Plans redlined with City’s comments <br />90% Plan set and engineer’s estimate electronically in PDF format and source file (for <br />plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD (version 2015)) <br />Task 4- Final (100%) Plans, Specification, & Estimate (PS&E) <br />Upon approval of the detailed plans, specifications, and estimates in Task 3 from City staff, <br />Consultant shall prepare the final package for construction. Consultant shall prepare a response <br />matrix listing City’s review comments and consultant’s responses to those comments. Consultant <br />shall incorporate City and Consultant agreed-upon comments. Consultant shall return the original <br />redline comments from the City with succeeding submittals. <br />Consultant shall perform the following tasks including, but not limited to: <br />Meet with the City to discuss 90% design comments <br />Update 90% Plans, Specifications, and Estimate <br />Review and respond to City comments in a comment matrix <br />Incorporate 90% design submittal review comments <br />Prepare 100% design consisting of complete construction documents; including <br />drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction schedule. The <br />submittal shall also include a demolition and disposal plan and any required <br />construction phasing to ensure a safe path of travel for students during construction. <br />Submit final (100%) PS&E Package.
