REV: 04-05-2022 RL <br />comprehensive Final Report to include appropriate statistical and mapping <br />exhibits. <br />The Final Report will be provided in both hard copy (up to 10 copies) and <br />electronic format (MS-Word and PDF). <br />3.5 Final Report Presentation <br />Consultant will prepare and present key elements of the Final Report to <br />City/Department staff, elected officials, and/or the public using Microsoft <br />PowerPoint, upon the direction of the Fire Chief or designee. <br />Final Report Components <br />Consultant’s Final Report will include the following elements: <br />A summary of how the approach and analyses were conducted. <br />A summary of the Department’s current deployment model and response <br />performance, including any opportunities for improvement. <br />A summary review of the strengths of the Department and opportunities for <br />improvement and change. <br />All response and service level data will be reported for a minimum of the <br />last three years. <br />Response and Community Risk data, which shall be displayed in a GIS <br />format to the extent possible. <br />Recommendations for deployment of added resources, if any, to meet <br />current and future service delivery needs. <br />An explanation of proposed changes and recommendations for their <br />implementation. <br />Inclusion of supporting data and rationale for all recommendations. <br />Supporting statistics and other visual data to fully illustrate the current <br />situation and consultant recommendations. <br />An analysis of the efficiency of the current deployment of firefighting, EMS, <br />and rescue resources. An analysis of the Department’s ability to meet future <br />fire and EMS deployment needs, including projected population and <br />development growth, and deployment of an effective response force to <br />larger or more significant emergencies such as, but not limited to, wildland <br />fires and earthquakes. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.063/Citygate Associates, LLC (Page 17 of 18)
