REV: 04-07-2022 RL Schedule Consultant will start work immediately upon authorization from the Facilities Superintendent to begin and will complete the work by December 31, 2023. If there are any issues that may affect the schedule for completion or the anticipated level of effort, Consultant will immediately inform the Facilities Superintendent and submit a revised schedule of work. City has the right to accept or reject the revised schedule of work. 2. Payment Terms Consultant shall perform the services outlined herein on an hourly basis not-to-exceed $83,000. Fees shall be based on actual hours used per the labor rate schedule delineated below. Additionally, the not exceed amount for each task is delineated in the task table below. All fees will be inclusive of all indirect and direct costs, including personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, and services, incurred by the Consultant and used in carrying out or completing the work. Consultant will submit invoices, which include a description of the services performed and with Net 30 payment terms, in a manner consistent with Section 6, Compensation.
