3) Provide program assistance and technical budget support to the Safe Routes to <br />School Coordinators of the Agency. <br />4) Provide weekly Office Hours via Zoom for participants to receive assistance as <br />needed. <br />5) Provide Agency with a list of approved SRTS vendors for school year 2021-2022. <br />The County Superintendent reserves the right to reduce or eliminate any or all of the <br />Agency's Grant Award allocation, when in her opinion, the Agency fails to submit <br />required reports or the Agency fails to conduct its operations in accordance with Chapter <br />24 of the Federal Safe Routes to School Guidelines or Congestion Mitigation and Air <br />Quality (CV..AQ) Improvement Funds Guidelines. <br />Caltrans: httns-//dot.ca. ovlorogramsllocal-assistancelfed-and-state-t7rograms/safe-route-to-school- <br />ro ram <br />CMAQ: <br />r n nih u r n i r i °I° V rsian° 4 f°I % R'%2 r° ° 1-2 - <br />141.odf <br />C. The County Superintendent shall notify the Agency in writing of changes in laws or <br />regulations affecting this contract prior to their effective date or as soon as possib!e after <br />enactment. <br />6. AGENCY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The Agency shall: <br />A. Implement SRTS activities as described below and outlined in Exhibit "Y (Scope of Work <br />for the 2021-2022 school year). <br />B. Ensure that SATS funds are used only to support SRTS specific programs and activities <br />with education and engineering firm(s) from the approved vendor list as appropriate. <br />The Agency understands that funds may only be used to oav for walk audits, soecial <br />projects or other infrastructure projects if funds were awarded specifically for that <br />purpose. The Agency understands and agrees that non -approved expenditures, <br />including, but not limited to those outlined in Exhibit "C" must be paid by the Agency, <br />and will not be included as approved expenses against the Grant Award.
