Complete end of the year budget and activity reports as demonstrated in Exhibit A and <br />CXlhihi+ q and submit "he- to t'ie Covnty Superintendent on or before !une 30, 2022 for <br />the 2021-2022 school year. <br />E. If students are on site, gather two consecutive days of student travel data in fall 2021, <br />and spring 2022. Submit during the September through November evaluation period in <br />fa" 2021 and. during the January through May eva!uation period for spring 2022. <br />F. Gather parent survey data as well as promote and facilitate electronic data submission <br />during the fall 2021 - soring 2022 evaluation period. <br />G. Participate in at least two of the following Countywide events: International Walk to <br />School Day (October 6, 2021), Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day (November 17, 2021), <br />Earth Day (April 2022) and National Bike to School Day (May 4, 2022). (School level <br />grantees need to participate in at least one of the countywide events.) <br />H. Attend the annual Safe Routes to School Summit and Coordinator Meetings. <br />a. Safe Routes to School Summit (via Zoom) — Wednesday, August 25, 2021 - 8:30 <br />am — 11:45 am <br />b. Coordinator Meetings* take place from 9:00 am — 11:00 am on the following <br />Thursdays: <br />i. 1219/21 <br />ii. 3/3/22 <br />iii. 5/12/22 <br />*Meetings will be held in person or via Zoom as necessary. <br />I.
