5. "Property" That certain real property located at 1580 Maple Street, <br />in the City of Redwood City, State of California, consisting of <br />approximately 2.00 acres, designated as San Mateo County <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 052-532-020, as shown and legally <br />described on Attachment 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br />6. "Permitted Uses" The Premises shall be used as a shelter for <br />persons experiencing homelessness, including ancillary County office <br />use and provision of associated services, consistent with Tenant's <br />existing use immediately preceding the Commencement Date defined <br />below. See also Section 10 below. <br />7. "Initial Term" The Initial Term shall commence upon the Effective <br />Date which shall be the date on which title to the Property vests in <br />Landlord, ("Commencement Date") and shall continue until March <br />31, 2023 unless otherwise provided by written agreement. <br />("Expiration Date"). <br />8. "Base Rent" There will be no Base Rent payable for the Initial Term. <br />If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises after the Expiration <br />Date without Landlord's express written consent, the Base Rent shall <br />be as set forth in Section 18.9.2. <br />9. "Security Deposit" N/A <br />The Basic Lease Information set forth above and the Attachments and Exhibits attached hereto are <br />incorporated into and made a part of the following Lease.
