5. Funding a) With the exception of the North Fair Oaks Community Council, which will not make a financial contribution, and Stanford University, which shall contribute Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500), each of the collaborative partners shall contribute Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 to support the work of Redwood City Together. On behalf of the County of San Mateo, San Mateo County Health and the San Mateo Human Services Agency will each contribute Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. The collaborative partners' financial contributions shall be increased annually as described in Subsection 5(b), below. b) Financial contribution amounts for all financially contributing collaborative partners will increase by 5% in fiscal year 2021-2022 and thereafter increase annually, beginning July 1, 2022, in accordance with the increase in the February Consumer Price Index (CPI -Urban) for the San Francisco -Oakland -Hayward region. On behalf of the County of San Mateo, San Mateo County Health and the San Mateo Human Services Agency will each contribute one half of the applicable annually increased amount for financially contributing collaborative partners (for example, in Fiscal Year 2021-2022, San Mateo County Health and the San Mateo Human Services Agency will each contribute Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($13,125).) C) The at -large members described in Subsection 3(a), above, shall not make financial contributions. d) County Health acknowledges that they will make a Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($12,500) contribution for fiscal year 2020-2021 and a Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Dollar ($13,125) contribution for fiscal year 2021-2022. Redwood City Together will invoice County Health Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) for fiscal year 2020-2021 upon execution of this agreement for fiscal year 2020- 2021 and Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($13,125) on September 30, 2021 for fiscal year 2021-2022. i. As Fiscal Agent, the City is authorized to receive money on behalf of Redwood City Together. The money received on behalf of Redwood City Together shall be disbursed, as requested, by the Redwood City Together Executive Director in writing, subject to City administrative procedures. ii. At no time shall the City be under any obligation to disburse money to Redwood City Together in excess of the amount on deposit. The collaborative partners acknowledge that money received by the City will not be available for disbursement for three (3) business days after the funds have been deposited by City, or for a longer period, as deemed appropriate by City's Finance Director. 6. Acts and Omissions of Executive Director. The acts and omissions of the Executive Director, or any other employees, agents, or volunteers acting on behalf of Redwood City Together shall not in any way be construed as the acts and omissions of the City, but shall be deemed as the acts and omissions of the collaborative partners acting jointly. 7. Notices. The names and addresses of the persons who are authorized to give written notices or to receive written notice on behalf of each of the Parties under this Agreement are as follows.
