<br />for the acquisition for which local agency is requesting aid; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of this <br />request, JOHN BROPHY, Auditor-Assessor of Local Agency, City <br />Hall, Redwood City, California, be and he hereby is designated <br />as the authorized agent of local agency and is hereby authorized <br />and directed to sign the herein mentioned request on behalf of <br />local agency and to submit the same to the State Allocation <br />Board, together with a certified statement of the total cost <br />to be paid for the acquisition of the herei? mentioned right <br />of way or site and such other information as may be required; <br />and said authorized agent is further authorized and directed, <br />as the representative of local agency, to conduct all negotia- <br />tions and conclude all arrangements, including submission to <br />the Director of Finance of applications for payment, which may <br />be necessary to secure payment of the State's share of the cost <br />of the acquisition of the aforementioned right of way or site. <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br />
