REV: 05-06-2022 JB <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall perform the following services: <br />1.Project Management & Administration <br /> <br />Attend project coordination meetings including: <br />Kickoff meeting <br />Up to 3, 1-hour check-in calls (before start, during outreach, after outreach <br />is complete) <br />Identify and coordinate promotoras to complete the outreach. <br />Coordinate with the City to select a time for training of the promotoras. <br />Ensure that promotoras are trained on the project before doing outreach. <br /> <br />The City will lead one virtual training for the promotoras on the project in English <br />and Spanish. A recording of the training will be provided for those not able to <br />attend. <br />2.Review and provide feedback within one week on outreach materials developed <br />by the City (such as the survey). <br />3.Develop and implement a public outreach plan to obtain responses to at least 300 <br />surveys <br />a.Develop public outreach plan <br />Provide a draft public outreach plan to the City at least one week before the <br />planned start of outreach. The City will review and provide comments within <br />one week. <br /> <br />Identify the locations, dates, type (e.g. canvassing, pop-ups) of outreach, <br />and approach to meet the goal of collecting at least 300 completed surveys. <br />At least half (150) of the surveys shall be collected from canvassing <br />residences within the primary project area as shown in the figure below. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.107/Nuestra Casa (Page 11 of 13)
