Outreach summary <br />Summarize outreach effort and results, including: <br />Public outreach plan (as implemented) - including the dates, times and <br />location of outreach <br />Hours of outreach completed <br />Number of surveys completed and in what language they were administered <br />Number of people approached to complete surveys <br />Summary of feedback or questions not reflected on survey responses <br />Lessons learned <br />Schedule: <br />All services to be complete no later than June 30, 2022. <br />Fee Schedule: <br />Work to be completed for a flat fee of $10,000 based on percentage of work completed <br />as outlined below: <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.107/Nuestra Casa (Page 12 of 13)
