The granting of the exception will be detrimental to the public welfare or <br />injurious to other property in the vicinity of the subject property. <br /> <br />Granting this exception does not result in a better subdivision. A better <br />subdivision would include larger lots, increased setbacks, less impervious <br />surface, traditional sidewalk and landscape strips to protect pedestrians, <br />and other improvements including an overall better fit in the neighborhood <br />which would result in a public benefit and not be detrimental to the public <br />welfare of injurious to other property in the vicinity. <br /> <br />VESTING TENTATIVE MAP <br />Recommendation: That the City Council disapprove the Vesting Tentative Map <br />because the City Council cannot make the required findings because the Vesting <br />Tentative Map it is not in compliance with the Planned Development Permit. <br /> <br />3 <br />
