<br />88 <br />Page 37 <br /> <br />conjunction with action on the Final Map. Plans submitted for building permits for each house <br />shall include the location of the property address posted on site. Numbers shall be illuminated, <br />no less than four inches in height, and of a color contrasting with the background color of the <br />surface on which they are attached. The location, size and color shall allow clear visibility from <br />the public street. <br /> <br />39. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan: The applicant shall submit an Erosion and <br />Sediment Control Plan to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to commencing any <br />work on the project, including demolition or grading work. The Plan shall show Best <br />Management Practices (BMPs) for storm water pollution prevention. Additionally, the plan shall <br />include specific provisions for the protection of the creek from erosion. sediment, and <br />construction debris. All construction work in connection with this project must conform to the <br />approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. <br /> <br />40. Construction Site Notice: Prior to commencing any work on the project, including <br />demolition or grading work, the applicant shall post at an entries to the project site in clear view <br />of the public right-of-way, a sign as required by RCMC Section 24.33 indicating the hours of <br />construction and limitations on construction noise. Additionally, the sign shall include a phone <br />number of the applicant's designated contact for complaints about problems with the <br />construction activity. <br /> <br />~ ReDairs to Public Improvements: The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of <br />repairs to any improvements within the public right-of-way that are damaged during <br />construction. The applicant shall submit documentation of the existing condition of Finger <br />Avenue from the westerly extent of the project site to the intersection of Finger Avenue and EI <br />Camino Real and the public improvements along the project's frontage, including but not limited <br />to trees, tree grates, signs, tight poles, drainage inlets, curbs, gutters, etc. to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer prior to issuance of a grading or building permit. This survey shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval. All damage shall be repaired to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer at no cost to the City prior to the release of subdivision <br />securities. Notwithstanding for the foregoing, all damage that is a threat to public health or <br />safety, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be repaired immediately. <br /> <br />42. No Storaae within Public Streets: No materials or equipment shall be stored on the <br />improved portion of any public roadway at any time. <br /> <br />43. Litter Control: Prior to the end of each work day during construction, the contractor or <br />contractors shall pick up and properly dispose of aJllitter resulting trom or related to the project, <br />whether located on the property, within the public rights-ot-way, or properties of adjacent or <br />nearby neighbors. <br /> <br />44. Reduce Air Pollutants Related to Vehicle Operation: The contractors operating on <br />the project site shall implement measures to reduce the emissions of pollutants generated by <br />heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment operating at the project site during project demolition, <br />excavation and construction phases. The applicant shall include in construction contracts the <br />following requirements or measures shown to be equally effective. <br /> <br />a. Keep all construction equipment in proper tune in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications; <br /> <br />b.
