Set back distance from top of the bank.
In our original submittal all homes that back up to the CordiUeras Creek (Lots 1 - 4) had
sections that were fifteen feet back from the top of the bank. We have made the
following changes:
Lot 2 will have sections of its home at 18 feet back from the top of the bank
Lots 3 & 4 will have sections of their homes at 20 feet back from the top of the

bank

Lot 1 will not change because of the location of two major redwood trees.
See the new civil engineers plans for the change footprints.

2. Paver path.
The pathway that is constructed. of pavers and located within the the loop private road
will be raised and separated from the roadway with a rolled curb. The fire department
does not have a problem with this plan. See the new civil engineers plans for details of
the pathway.

3. Curb extension within the private road.
The loop private road will have three curb extensions that will act as traffic calming
devices. All three curb extensions will jut two feet into the road. One will be located
between the eastern entrance to the subdivision and Lot 5 and will be located on the
pathway side of the street. The second one will be located approximately in the middle
of Lot 6. The curb extension will be next to a large redwood tree. The third curb
extension will be located on Lot 7 and will run the length of Lot 7's house. See the new
civil engineers plans for more detail.
