Additional Requirements <br />1. County will work with Contractor to identify additional metrics and measures to be tracked on an as <br />needed basis to evaluate the program and conduct continuous quality improvement. <br />2. County will have the option to modify or add related measures, reports and/or request additional <br />data be entered into Clarity to meet its program goals as agreed to by both parties and as long as <br />it does not exceed the Agreement’s total obligation amount.
