REV: 06-21-22 MI <br />condition. All labor necessary to accomplish preventive maintenance and repair <br />will be provided without additional charge. <br />It shall be the joint responsibility of the City and Consultant to maintain an accurate <br />list of equipment, which should be included on the equipment itemization and fee <br />schedule. It is understood that only equipment listed in the most current copy of <br />the equipment itemization is covered under the fixed fee proposal. <br />3.Lawnet Upgrade <br />Consultant will furnish and install replacement network devices for access to San Mateo <br />County Lawnet. The replacement upgrade is a one-time cost. <br />4.Services Specifically Excluded <br />The following equipment items and services are specifically excluded from this <br />Agreement. <br />The following services may be available on a time and materials basis. <br />Antennas - Base station antennas and coaxial cable at all sites. <br />Telephone headsets. <br />System relocation or design changes. <br />Installation of new equipment. <br />Batteries. <br />Additionally, neither parts nor labor will be provided without additional charge to <br />correct malfunctions or damage for problems caused by natural or manmade <br />disaster such as flood, earthquake or fire. Labor and materials to repair damage <br />to equipment caused by variation in electrical power quality from PG&E or <br />emergency generators is excluded. <br />It is understood that Consultant may determine that a particular piece of equipment <br />is beyond economic repair due to age or condition. If this occurs, the equipment <br />item will no longer be eligible for maintenance under this Agreement. <br />5.Cost and fees <br />For maintenance and repair services from November 1, 2021 through June 30, <br />2022, Consultant shall receive a flat monthly rate of $3,714. <br />Beginning on July 1, 2022, Consultant shall be paid for maintenance and repair <br />services at the flat annual rate of $54,252, paid in monthly installments as <br />described below. <br />POLICE PD-2 SYSTEM Quantity Monthly Monthly <br />Cost Each Total <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.139/Telecommunications Engineering Associates (TEA SA) (Page 12 of 15)
