Task 2.3 Finalize Suggested Route Maps <br />Consultant shall produce final maps for each of the 8 schools identified as part of this project. <br />This includes revision of suggested routes based on comments provided in Task 2.2. Final maps <br />shall be provided as individual PDF files, in combination with existing tip sheets/information <br />captured on the opposite side of the existing map. This task includes one additional round of <br />review and revisions for fatal flaws. <br />Assumptions: The combination of draft maps with tip sheets/information content on the <br />opposite side will utilize the information included in the ongoing map update process. <br />Task 2.4 Package Data <br />Consultant shall provide suggested route data created through this project at the completion <br />of the project. Data delivery shall include a file geodatabase and data dictionary that defines all <br />Alta-created attributes. This task does not include the delivery of native files for GIS-based <br />documents. <br />Task 2 Deliverables: <br />Data request memo outlining requested GIS and/or planning information needed for project <br />completion <br />Draft suggested route maps for 8 schools <br />Final suggested route maps for 8 schools <br />One geodatabase (or comparable, preferred format) with project data, including suggested <br />routes <br />Page 5 of 6
