REV: 07-08-22 SK <br />medical leave, or genetic testing, in the provision of services or extension of employment <br />opportunities under the Agreement. Subrecipient further warrants and agrees that it will <br />comply with all relevant local, state and federal non-discrimination ordinances, statutes, <br />regulations, and executive orders pertaining to non-discrimination and equal opportunity, <br />including but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, Title VIII <br />of the Civil Rights act of 1968 as amended, Section 104(b) and Section 109 of Title 1 of <br />the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended, Section 504 of the <br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age <br />Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order 11063, as amended by Executive Order <br />12259, and Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Orders 11375, 11478, <br />12086, 12106, 13087, 13152, and 13672, 24 CFR Section 570.607, as revised by <br />Executive Order 13279. Subrecipient will include a statement that it is an equal <br />opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or <br />employees. <br />24. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Subrecipient will abide by the provisions of 24 CFR <br />Section 570.611, which include (but are not limited to) the following: <br />A. Subrecipient shall maintain a written code or standards of conduct that shall govern <br />the performance of its officers, employees or agents engaged in the award and <br />administration of contracts supported by Federal funds. <br />B. No employee, officer or agent of Subrecipient shall participate in the selection, or <br />in the award, or administration of, a contract supported by Federal funds if a conflict <br />of interest, real or apparent, would be involved. <br />C. No covered persons who exercise any function or responsibility with respect to this <br />Agreement or Subrecipient’s Project during his or her tenure, or for one year <br />thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof.
