Billing Data Analysis <br />If requested and approved by the Public Works Director or their designee, <br />Consultant shall intake and review the City’s billing data for the audit period. In <br />this task, Consultant shall: <br />Review data for integrity and completeness <br />Prorate billing data for best alignment with production data <br />Identify and visualize anomalous records <br />Identify notable findings and potential errors <br />2. c. Source Meter Volumetric Accuracy Testing & Reporting <br />If requested and approved by the Public Works Director or their designee, <br />Consultant shall design and conduct a volumetric source meter accuracy test. <br />Source meter accuracy testing establishes a field-verified volume of water <br />supplied, the baseline of the water audit. For each source meter accuracy test, <br />Consultant shall: <br />Conduct a site visit <br />Draft a test design <br />Conduct a volumetric accuracy test with comparative meter or reservoir <br />reference volume <br />Complete a data chain assessment, if relevant <br />Analyze test results <br />Document test procedure for future meter accuracy investigation <br />2. d.
