SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF THE PROJECT EXHIBIT "A" Downtown Parks and Bay Connectivity Project ("the Project") - PHASE ONE This Scope of Services applies only to Phase One of the Project. For Phase One of the Project, Consultant will provide the following Services: Task A: Proiect Management and Project Initiation Subtask A.1: Kickoff Meeting Consultant will plan and conduct a project initiation meeting, schedule refinement, and site tour of selected site and areas of the downtown as necessary. Deliverables: ■ Prepare agenda, facilitate kickoff meeting, and provide a summary of action items ■ Present timeline graphic (draft) at meeting (tool- working exhibit) • Graphic image of strategy (diagram) draft (from Task C. I) • Aerial map of downtown -to facilitate scope items and other City projects • Provide native files Subtask A.2: Project Management/Staff Meetings/Site Meetings Consultant will hold meetings and conference calls with City staff on a regular basis during all phases of work. Consultant will provide ongoing maintenance of project schedule and communications file. Deliverables: • Up to six (6) in-person site meetings, and six (6) work sessions/video conferences • Email coordination with Client team throughout the course of the initial contract ■ Project schedule maintenance — three (3) updates • Internal management of the consulting team Subtask A.3: Coordination and Meetings with Outside Consultants Consultant will participate in meetings (virtual) and conference calls with staff from other consulting firms and City staff, doing projects that are relevant to the Project, including but not limited to the Citywide Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan, Downtown Precise Plan, North Main Street Precise Plan, EI Camino Real Corridor Plan, Broadway Streetscape Plan, 101 undercrossing, and Downtown Retail Plan.
