creates and/or replaces 10,000 or more square feet of impervious surface) and will not <br />require hydromodification management (i.e., project is located in an exempt area per <br />Appendix H of the C.3 Regulated Projects Guide) but will need consider green <br />infrastructure regardless to comply with the "no missed opportunities" of section C.3j. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (1) draft drainage study and stormwater management plan <br />• One (1) final drainage study and stormwater management plan <br />• Provide native files <br />Subtask F.6: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />If the total area of construction disturbance including laydown area is greater than one <br />acre, Consultant will prepare plans for temporary erosion control facilities. Temporary <br />facilities will be proposed for the protection of graded areas and drainage devices. Details <br />and appropriate notes for construction best management practices (BMP) and guidelines <br />for implementation are proposed to be in conformance with the State of California Water <br />Resources Board requirements and the approved staff report, including sediment control <br />recommendations. <br />The temporary erosion control plans will be incorporated into the project improvement <br />plans as well as into the project SWPPP. Consultant will conduct a risk determination <br />based on the project's topography, soil, schedule, location, and receiving water then <br />prepare the SWPPP based on the project -specific risk level. This task includes preparing <br />Permit Registration Documents using the SMARTS database for certification by the Client <br />and submittal to the Water Boards. The SWPPP will be based on the 100% deliverables. <br />This task does not include construction monitoring, QSP services, or SWPPP updates <br />during construction. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (I) erosion control plan <br />• One (I) completed "Notice of Intent" application for stormwater discharge <br />• One (I) stormwater pollution prevention report for upload to the SMARTS system <br />• Provide native files <br />Subtask F.7: Utility Calculations <br />Consultant will calculate the sewer and water flows for the project site using City Design <br />Criteria (Volume III) Attachment L (Sewage Generation Project Worksheet) and <br />Attachment Q (Water Demand Projection Worksheet) to support the utility design.
