ATTACHMENT 1
Task E: Environmental Analysis- CEQA Document (IS/MND)-Lot A
Subtask E.1: Project Start-up
Project start-up includes overall project initiation activities. Subconsultant will prepare a
schedule, a data request, review the Study and the Initial Study for the Roselli Park
expansion among other relevant documents. The site is relatively
constrained, and the primary environmental constraints will be addressed in three
technical memos (described below), an arborist report, a parking and traffic Scope of
Work and Estimated Cost WRA Inc., June 3, 2021 Redwood City Parks and Trails CEQA
Services Project #30028 4 report, and a cultural resources report that addresses the
National Historic Preservation Act protections placed on the current Library.
Preliminary cultural resources evaluations will include CHRIS records searches,
resources that are 45 years or older that might be affected by the projects, and whether
any tribes expressed an interest with the City in consulting under AB -52 about the project.
These searches and potential results will become part of the CEQA documentation.
Deliverables:
■ GIS Environmental Constraints Analyses considering biological and cultural resources, and flood
hazards.
■ Review conceptual designs and make recommendations to avoid, minimize or mitigate potential
environmental issues.
■ Document alternatives considered in a technical memorandum.
Subtask E3: CEQA Level Project Description
REV: 08-04-2021 RL
ATTY/AGR.2021 207/RRM (Downtown Parks and Bay Connectivity Project) (Page 26 of 32)
