Subconsultant expects the CEQA evaluation to last 15 months and has budgeted four <br />hours per month for project management. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Manage finances, schedule, and team engagement <br />■ Prepare agenda, facilitate meetings and/or calls, and summarize action items <br />■ Attend four public meetings, one planning commission meeting, one City Council <br />meeting for the project <br />Key Assumptions: <br />• Consultant concepts will provide enough detail to establish a CEQA project description <br />for the Roselli Park Expansion into Lot A. <br />• Project Description will remain stable throughout the CEQA evaluation. <br />• Intersection Level of Service analysis will not be needed to evaluate traffic impacts. <br />• For the CEQA related deliverables, City will provide Subconsultant a consolidated set of <br />electronic comments. <br />REV: 08-04-2021 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.207/RRM (Downtown Parks and Bay Connectivity Project) (Page 32 of 32) <br />
