copies of the IS/MND will be sent to the State Clearinghouse (SCH) via the SCH online <br />portal. Additionally, Subconsultant will coordinate with the City in providing web -ready <br />documents for publication on their website as well as notices for City posting at individual <br />project sites, as needed. Please notify Subconsultant if hard copies of the IS/MND are <br />required for local distribution. Subconsultant will produce and circulate the Notice of Intent <br />(NOI), as well as any other CEQA noticing requirements, including the Notice of <br />Completion (NOC) and the Notice of Determination (NOD) to the SCH. Subconsultant <br />assumes that the City will assist with compiling the mailing list for the NOI, but that <br />Subconsultant staff will be responsible for mailing these notices. Subconsultant assumes <br />publication of notices in the newspaper will be the responsibility of City. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Public Draft IS/MND, PDF files for printing and smaller files for web publication. <br />• Preparation and circulation of public notices, including NOI, NOC and NOD. <br />• Preparation of abbreviated notices for City posting and newspaper publication. <br />• Presentation of the project and identified CEQA impacts in a public meeting designed to <br />illicit feedback and comments. Recording of comments received. <br />Subtask E.8: Respond to Comments and Prepare Final IS/MND <br />Following completion of the 30 -day public review period for the document, Subconsultant <br />will respond to agency and public comments submitted on the Draft IS/MND and will then <br />prepare the Final IS/MND. The extent of work necessary to complete the Final IS/MND is <br />contingent upon the number and nature of public comments received after the Draft <br />IS/MND is circulated. For the purposes of this proposal, Subconsultant has assumed a <br />total of 16 hours for responses to comments on the Draft IS/MND for Lot A. The Final <br />IS/MND will include revisions required by the responses to comments as well as a <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Programs (MMRP). <br />Subconsultant will be responsible for the preparation and filing the NOD with the San <br />Mateo County Clerk within five days of project approval. This proposal assumes that the <br />City will pay all filing fees required by California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) <br />($2,354.75) and the San Mateo County Clerk ($50). <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft and Final response to comments <br />• Preparation of the MMRP <br />• Preparation of Findings <br />• City Council meeting to certify CEQA <br />• Submittal of NOD to County Clerk <br />Subtask E.9: Project Management and Team Meetings <br />Subconsultant's scope includes time for one Subconsultant staff person to attend four <br />meetings in addition to the kickoff/site visit meeting.
