REV: 08-25-2022 RL EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE TASKS Consultant will provide project management to work with the Redwood City’s Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (PRCS) or their designee, to help coordinate pre-construction activities associated with the PRCS Department’s following capital improvement projects: 1. LED lighting retrofit for Hawes Field and Fair Oaks Field 2. National Fitness Campaign pod installation by the Redwood Shores Library 3. ADA pathway improvements at parks identified by the Director 4. Public art installations identified by the Director 5. Mitchell Field (Red Morton Park) infield improvement for Miracle League Baseball The Consultant, working with and at the direction of the PRCS Director or their designee, shall work with the appropriate representatives of contracted architecture/design firm assigned to PRCS Department projects listed above, as needed, to prepare project/construction communication protocol(s) to ensure all team members communicate effectively and all relevant information and outcomes are community to Director, its partners, architecture firm, contractors, and interested stakeholders in a timely manner; receive and respond to issues or concerns raised by stakeholders, including the general community, most directly affected by planning and pre-construction efforts, prepare status reports or updates, as requested by the PRCS Director or their designee; and support City staff at meetings with community/stakeholders. 1. DELIVERABLES The performance of all services by the Consultant shall be to the satisfaction of the PRCS Director or their designee. 1.1 The Consultant shall coordinate all services with and communications between the PRCS Director or their designee, architecture firm, contractors, separate consultants’, community stakeholders, and City staff, as required or directed by Director. 1.2 The Consultant shall schedule and attend meetings, as necessary, or as directed by PRCS Director or their designee, in order to complete all services to the satisfaction of the PRCS Director or their designee. 1.3 The Consultant shall exercise its best professional efforts to ensure attendance and participation of all appropriate project team resources at scheduled meetings to assure best results and process buy-in.
