REV: 08-25-2022 RL <br />2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />2.1 The Consultant shall commence services upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed from <br />PRCS Director or their designee. Services will be considered complete upon issuance of <br />a Notice of Completion. <br />3. COMPENSATION <br />3.1 The Project Manager shall render services as directed by the PRCS Director or their <br />designee, with understanding that hours of service may vary, depending on the stage of <br />the project and needs, but typically will not exceed 20 hours per week. The Project <br />Manager shall bill at an hourly rate of $120.00. <br />3.2 Incremental payments shall be made monthly by the City to the Consultant for hours <br />of rendered services pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation.
