Attachment D <br />Return to Work Protocols at RCSD Sites Contractor Guide <br />All contractors are required to adhere to the following COVID-19 related health and safety measures to ensure <br />community and workplace safety. <br />Cleaning Protocol <br />■ RCSD will spray all areas used with Electro -Static spray at the end of each workday. <br />• RCSD will disinfect restrooms each hour. <br />• RCSD will display cleaning checklists in each classroom and restroom and provide cleaning <br />solutions. <br />w RCSD will clean high touch surface areas on at least a daily basis. <br />Monitoring of Staff and Visitors <br />• Contractor shall take appropriate measures to ensure that no staff member or visitor comes on site <br />who has a body temperature at or above 100.4 degree Fahrenheit, is experiencing any of the symptoms <br />outlined by CDC), and/or has been in close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19. <br />• Contractor shall ensure that all staff members stay at least six feet apart from one another at all times. <br />• Contractor shall implement and post guidelines for staff regarding hygiene practices to slow the <br />spread of COVID-19, consistent with CDC and CDPH recommendations. <br />• Contractor will ensure that the site is stocked with sufficient sanitation and handwashing supplies for <br />staff and ensure regular access to such supplies. <br />• Contractor will train staff on proper handwashing practices and PPE use. <br />• Contractor will ensure a sufficient supply of masks and any other necessary PPE for all staff and <br />enforce usage of such PPE. <br />Updated August 18, 2020 <br />Page 1 of I <br />ATTY/AGR.2022 184/City of Redwood City (After School Program Agreement 2022-2023) (Page 19 of 19) <br />
