F. Collect and report data, including: <br />• Unduplicated placements to Inclement Weather Program <br />• Outcomes from encampment clear outs including, but not limited to number of clients <br />present, number of engagements, number of CES assessments, number of <br />temporary or permanent housing placements, number of hotel respite placements <br />• Outcomes and exit destinations from the hotel respite program <br />• Housing subsidy recipients, housing subsidy outcomes, and number of clients that <br />remain housed 6 months after receiving the housing subsidy <br />• Average number of participants in weekly AA meetings <br />• Other additional data points as mutually agreed between Consultant and City <br />2. Performance Measures <br />During the term of the Agreement, Consultant will report on the Performance Measures <br />identified below.
