REV: 10-25-2022 RL <br />III. PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall be compensated on a per task rate basis as detailed below, which <br />includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, tax, delivery, and any other charges to <br />complete the tasks as outlined under the Scope of Services. Consultant shall include on <br />the invoice information as described in Section 6 of this Agreement. The City shall only <br />be billed for completed tasks of the project and shall pay Consultant within thirty days <br />upon receipt of an accurate invoice. <br />Task # Description Flat Rate <br />Cost <br />1 Project Coordination and Management $5,000 <br />2 Sea-Level Rise Assessment <br />2.1 Data Review and Analysis $11,000 <br />2.2 Field Visit and Topographic Survey $10,000 <br />2.3 Sea-Level Rise Vulnerability Assessment $22,500 <br />3 Adaptation Strategies $23,500 <br />4 Study Report $15,000 <br />Total Project Flat Rate Cost $87,000 <br />Consultant shall inform the Public Works Director or their designee prior to any out-of- <br />scope work being performed. No out-of-scope work shall be undertaken without written <br />approval from the Public Works Director or their designee. A contingency amount of <br />$13,000 shall be available for approved out-of-scope work, and the total not-to-exceed <br />value of the Agreement is $100,000 as identified in Section 6, Compensation. Out-of- <br />scope work shall be billed based on the rate schedules below.
