PAYMENT SCHEDULE Consultant shall be compensated on a per task rate basis as detailed below, which includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, tax, delivery, and any other charges to complete the tasks as outlined under the Scope of Services. Consultant shall include on the invoice information as described in Section 6 of this Agreement. The City shall only be billed for completed tasks of the project and shall pay Consultant within thirty days upon receipt of an accurate invoice. No out-of-scope work shall be undertaken without written approval from the Public Works Director or their designee. A contingency amount of $13,000 shall be available for approved out-of-scope work, and the total not-to-exceed value of the Agreement is $100,000 as identified in Section 6, Compensation. Out-of- scope work shall be billed based on the rate schedules below. No sales tax shall apply to any of the below rates.
