REV: 10-11-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Hoover Park Master Plan <br />Consultant will provide the following Services: <br />Task 1: Project Management and Project Initiation <br />Subtask 1.1a: Project Intent, Planning Process and Meetings <br />Consultant will plan and conduct a project initiation meeting, schedule refinement, and <br />site tour of the park and areas of influence around the park as necessary. <br />Deliverables: <br />Prepare agenda, facilitate kickoff meeting, and provide a summary of action items <br />Present timeline graphic (draft) at meeting <br />Introduction of staff to the consultant team <br />Objectives, scope, deliverable expectations, project schedule, milestones <br />Project parameters and limits of work <br />Existing record drawings, public outreach findings to date, and other available materials <br />Project schedule to include meetings schedule and review period times <br />Preferred communication channels <br />Subtask 1.1b: Coordination and Meetings with Outside Agencies <br />Consultant will conduct meetings (virtual) and conference calls with staff from consultants <br />to support the development of the Master Plan. <br />Deliverables: <br />Virtual meetings as needed and related email follow-up <br />Subtask 1.1c: Coordination and Meetings with Outside Agencies <br />Consultant will conduct meetings (virtual) and conference calls with staff from other <br />agencies that doing projects that are relevant to the Project, including but not limited to <br />Caltrans, California Fish and Wildlife, ABAG, Regional Water Quality Control Board, San <br />Mateo County, Redwood City School District, Sequoia Union High School District or Boys <br />and Girls Club. <br />Deliverables: <br />Virtual meetings as needed and related email follow-up <br />Task 1.2-1.8: Background Research and Analysis <br />Subtask 1.2: Review and Analyze existing site conditions <br />Conduct a site review and photo document site conditions and adjacencies.
