REV: 10-11-2022 RL <br />Subtask 4.2: Prepare Final CEQA Document <br />Preparation of a Notice of Exemption (NOE) using the template provided in Appendix E <br />of the CEQA Guidelines. The NOE would include a brief description of the project, the <br />location of the project, a finding that the project is exempt, citations to the exemptions <br />that are being relied upon, an explanation of why the project qualifies for the <br />exemption(s). Information used in the determination would be obtained based on <br />desktop research of readily available databases and literature sources, review of aerial <br />photographs, and the use of screening tools. <br />Deliverables: <br />Final CEQA Categorical Exemption Preparation of the Notice of Exemption ready to be file with <br />Clerk of the Court <br />Provide all native documents <br />Subtask 4.3: Prepare All Applicable NEPA Compliance Documents <br />Preparation of all NEPA compliance documents as determined by the scope of the <br />project as defined in the Final Preferred Design Master Report. Ensure compliance with <br />Executive Order 12898. <br />Deliverables: <br />Mapping of any Potential Hazards Uncovered Submission of the NEPA Categorical Exclusion <br />Prepare public notice for filing <br />Provide all native documents <br />Subtask 4.4: Prepare Public Notices for Filing <br />Consultant will prepare all public notices for filing <br />Deliverables: <br />Prepare public notices for filing <br />Task 5: Contingency Tasks <br />Upon request by the City, Consultant will provide additional services that may include <br />supplemental public outreach, additional design services, technical services, arborist <br />report, graphic design services, or meetings or other services as requested and described <br />by the City. <br />Deliverables: <br />Consulting services in addition to, or other than those outlined in above task deliverables <br />outlined in this scope of services <br />COMPENSATION <br />Consultant will be paid monthly pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation, which <br />will reflect the percentage of each task completed. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.233/O'Dell Engineering (Hoover Park Master Plan) (Page 19 of 22)
