REV: 10-11-2022 RL <br />Subtask 3.5: Project QA/QC <br />Consultant will utilize a Quality Control Manager with extensive master planning <br />experience to be intimately involved at all stages of the master plan to closely review all <br />deliverables. Each deliverable will be qualified and checked in accordance with an <br />approved Quality Assurance / Quality Control master plan checklist to ensure all critical <br />scope items (including key public outreach inputs and site analysis findings) are covered <br />and included. <br />Deliverables: <br />Statement confirming compliance in Master Plan from Quality Control Manager <br />Subtask 3.6: City Review Meetings <br />Consultant will participate in up to four (4) meetings with City staff to review preliminary <br />and final preferred conceptual designs. Meeting minutes will be provided for each <br />meeting. <br />Deliverables: <br />Up to four (4) total - meetings <br />Prepare meeting minutes for each meeting <br />Subtask 3.7: Lessons Learned Meeting <br />Consultant will host a meeting to document lessons learned throughout the planning and <br />design phases of the project. At the culmination of the final master plan, particularly <br />positive outcomes will be discussed and promoted as best practices for the future, while <br />other aspects that, in retrospect might have been better implemented if done differently, <br />will also be openly discussed. <br />Deliverables: <br />Up to one (1) total - meetings <br />Task 4: Environmental Analysis and DSA- CEQA/NEPA/DSA <br />Subtask 4.1: Prepare CEQA/NEPA/DSA Analysis <br />Consultant will provide analysis of CEQA, NEPA and DSA concerns/issues. DSA <br />concerns should address: Evaluation of safety factors specified in the California <br />Department of Education School Site Selection and Approval Guide, and California Code <br />of Regulations Title 5 requirements Consultant will review online databases and other <br />publicly available information as well as consult the Geotracker database maintained by <br />the State Water Resources Board and historic aerial photos. <br />Deliverables: <br />Preparation of CEQA analysis <br />Preparation of NEPA analysis <br />Preparation of DSA analysis. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.233/O'Dell Engineering (Hoover Park Master Plan) (Page 18 of 22)
