REV: 11-18-2022 MI <br />Additional Services not included in the annual amount. <br />1) As approved by the City, Consultant shall provide annual confidential counseling <br />sessions (check-ins) for public safety employees to assure the employee is addressing <br />the importance of their emotional and mental welfare on an hourly basis based on actual <br />hours used at the rate of $150.00 per hour. The annual aggregate costs for these <br />additional services shall not exceed the amounts listed in the schedule below. The below <br />not-to-exceed costs are based on the possibility of all department members utilizing the <br />service each year. This service is not available to dependents. <br />2023-2024 Not-to-exceed $17,850 <br />2024-2025 Not-to-exceed $18,743 <br />2025-2026 Not-to-exceed $19,680 <br />Total Not-to-exceed $56,273 <br />2) As approved by the City, Consultant shall provide Critical Incident Intervention on an <br />hourly basis based on actual hours used at the rate of $250 per hour port-to-port. This <br />service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for immediate <br />response and support for individuals or groups who have just been involved in a traumatic <br />incident.
