1. Exhibit "B" and Exhibit "C" to the Original Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement are of no further force and effect and are hereby replaced with Revised Exhibit <br />"B" and Revised Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />2. In all other respects the Original Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts which together <br />shall constitute the contract of the Parties. <br />4.
